I was remounting my Stampin Up Pocket Silouettes stamps to go from wood to cling when I noticed I had never made a card with this set. So I pulled out my paper and started stamping away and playing. So here are the two cards I did this evening.
This first card I made for my friend Jessie. You see yesterday I had to rush my DD to the hospital with heart palpatations and tachycardia. Unfortunatley in the hoopla of getting out of the house, I forgot to let the dog out and feed him. Needless to say we left in the early afternoon so by 7pm I'm sure he was ready to burst. I called my friend Jess and even though she lives 40 minutes away she came to the house and took care of the dog for me. I am so thankful she did because we didn't get home till midnight.
This next card is my oops card. I was almost done this cardfront when I noticed I had made the cardfront too large. So I cut the bottom of the cardfront off but unfortunately half of the sentiment went with it. So I did what any good scrapper or stamper would do and turned my oops into something new and different from what was originally intended and like often happens I like the oops better than the original version I had planned.
Recipe: Basic Gray and Whisper White Cardstock, SU DSP, SU Pocket Silouettes, Technique Tuesday sentiment, Michaels Gray Satin Ribbon (.92/yd and a perfect match!), SU Kiwi Kiss Ink, CTMH Gray Flannel Ink
Love both of these cards and cased the first one for a Stamp 2 Spend challenge on SCS :)

I've had some great cards come out of "oops". Beautiful job on both of them.
