This past weekend I had the pleasure of going away to a crop for a day with two friends I hadn't seen in ages. I didn't have time to pull out pics and get them printed out so I just spent the day putting together layouts that I can slap pics on at a later date. Plus I packed for the entire day in about 5 minutes flat cause I didn't know if I was going or not until the last minute. I packed a boatload of scrap kits that I bought at CKC Manchester this past May.
So here is the first one I did. I plan on putting my DD's first day of school pics on it at some point when I get enough time to actually print out the pics. LOL
Unfortunately I have no idea on the paper or chipboard letters. I think by looking at the paper its probably SEI papers.
I love having layouts ready and waiting for me. Makes it much easier to get things actually into my scrapbook.

I so have to get back to my scrapbooking. I have loads of pictures to do! You have an awesome idea to make the layouts and then add the pictures later. I love to make the layouts but I make them around the photos. I like your idea a lot. I'm gonna try it out. Thanks!
